Engage your child in fun and therapeutic yoga sessions designed to enhance body awareness and emotional regulation. Our classes focus on breathwork, mindfulness, and age-appropriate poses for children.
Online Mommy & Me Yoga Class

These sessions that build strength, inner peace & confidence are an hour long. We work on breathwork to learn how to calm the body in moments that make us want to react quickly & negatively, yoga to strengthen the body, strengthen the inner peace, and strengthen the confidence of growing in a positive life practice, and finally journaling/journal drawing is a great tool release and flow within a creative pathway.

Pre-Teen/ Teen Strong, Calm & Confident Sessions

An exciting long weekend over night camp in the Montana wilderness! Were the kids will learn tools to be strong, calm, and confident. Breathwork, yoga, journaling, hikes, sound bowl healing, & astrology is the core of this camp. With the fun, interactive lessons each day holds this camp will take you from beginner level to in depth level in no time.
