Meet The Founder
Hi, I'm Ms. Misty, the founder of Grow Flow Kids. As a mom of three amazing girls and over 10 years of experience working with kids. I've seen firsthand how much our kids need tools to stay grounded, confident, and connected to themselves. My intuition has always guided me towards supporting young people and Grow Flow Kids grew from that deep understanding.
I believe in natural wellness and the power of mind, body, and soul connection. Everything I create, from camps to journals to natural products, is designed to help kids and teens to feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move through life's big feelings and big moments.
